It starts with thirty-two large AAA keshi pearls, 15mm each, each a flat, petal-shaped piece of pure solid nacre with a deep mirror lustre. They form the inner strand, 42 cm, nested against a heavy 18k gold-plated paperclip chain at 45 cm. A crescent moon charm hangs from the outer chain. Both layers close with a single lobster clasp.
