Five baroque pearls in warm cream-to-blush, oval, softly luminous, organically shaped, sit among a full, vibrant sequence of multi-colour tourmaline and jasper rounds: deep forest green tourmaline, vivid magenta-pink tourmaline, olive-yellow-green tourmaline, dusty grey-green jasper, soft peachy-pink jasper and earthy brown jasper. No two beads are the same colour, no predictable pattern. A 925 sterling silver lobster clasp finishes it cleanly.
The pearls shine, and the stones beat; it is like high summer, and it has the feel of a talisman.
The bracelet measures 18 cm and fits tightly around the wrist, and the beads are large; it is not a delicate stacking bracelet but one that makes a statement when worn on its own. The tourmaline reflects light in a way opaque stones cannot; the green and pink round stones have a translucency that makes them appear lit from within. The jasper adds stability to the entire piece with its matte, earthy colours.
