Sixteen white baroque pearls at 6mm, each one a slightly different shape, carry their own quiet lustre along 44 cm of strand. At the centre: a shell pendant, chosen for the way it sits rather than because it was perfect. The clasp is handmade from copper wire, formed by hand rather than cast, a small, visible piece of craft at the back of the neck.
In photos, the necklace reads as soft and natural: the cream and warm white of baroque pearls, the organic edge of a shell pendant, the warm copper of a handmade clasp. In person, the irregularity of the baroque pearls and the handmade quality of the clasp are more present than photographs suggest. This necklace is made to be looked at closely.

Keep away from water and chemicals. After wearing, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Copper may develop a natural patina over time; you can gently polish it with a soft cloth if you prefer.
