It begins with seven raw Hubei turquoise stones, each one hand-wrapped individually onto sterling silver wire, vivid blue-green, darkly veined with matrix, unpolished and entirely genuine. Between them: eight 6mm labradorite stones, cool grey on the surface but lit from within with flashes of blue, gold, and green that shift with every movement. The two stones sit together on a 43cm (16.9 inch) sterling silver chain.
Raw blue-green. Shifting iridescence. Sterling silver throughout. A necklace that rewards attention.

At 43cm (16.9 inches), it sits at the collarbone. The sterling silver chain and wire give the piece a clean, cool finish that lets both stones read clearly.

Eight 6mm labradorite stones are woven through the strand; labradorite is known for its labradorescence, the optical phenomenon that produces its characteristic flash of colour from within. Together, the two stones make a strand that is grounded and alive at the same time.

The sterling silver chain and wire are hypoallergenic. Because I use natural stones, each necklace has its own unique colour, pattern, and texture. These differences make every piece one of a kind.

Hubei turquoise and labradorite are both natural stones. Colour, matrix patterning, and surface texture vary from stone to stone. The labradorescent flash in each labradorite stone will be unique. Each necklace will be slightly different from the one photographed. These natural variations are part of what makes each one one of a kind.
