Seven jasper beads at 6mm set the tone  : cool, matte, blue-grey, the quiet foundation of the strand. Three jade beads at 4mm bring a smaller note of cool green. Two garnet beads at 6mm are the bracelet's deepest red,,   faceted and dense. One citrine bead at 4mm catches warm golden light. Three white baroque pearls at 4mm are the softest element  cream and organic, each one a slightly different shape. The bracelet closes with a gold-filled clasp.

In photos it reads as layered and considered cool matte jasper, small jade green, deep garnet red, a single golden citrine, and the quiet cream of baroque pearls, all along 18 cm. In person, the variety of scale and surface is more interesting than photographs suggest  smaller beads sit as accents between the larger jasper, creating a rhythm along the strand.
